Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  1. On a machine using an international locale such as Russian,
  create an XML message containing one or more international
  characters.
  2. Validate the XML against an XSD in the message editor or in a
  Function action.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS
  Validation passes or fails according to the XML content.
  
  ACTUAL RESULTS
  The following error is seen on the test console:
  
  com.ghc.ghTester.expressions.ParseException: Invalid byte 2 of
  3-byte UTF-8sequence.
