Error description
WebSphere Process Server (WPS) is installed on z/OS, and is running in the WebSphere Application Server. The Business Process defined in WPS, includes multi-step processes. In the flow of the Business Process, there is a main process, which calls a sub-process. This sub-process shows up as a 'task' on the Business Process Choreographer (BPC) Explorer panel under the "My To-do's" view. Under certain circumstances, the 'Originator' field of this task should reflect the user identity of the 'Main Task' which created this 'sub-task'. In this error scenario the 'Originator' field of the sub-task is displaying 'UNAUTHENTICATED'.

WebSphere Application Server was incorrectly placing the wrong security context on the thread at the time of login.
Problem conclusion
To make sure the correct context is on the thread, WebSphere Application Server will correctly push the context on the receive of the request, and then correctly pop the context on the send of the request. APAR PM24368 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.15 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
