Problem conclusion

  • The problem occurs due to invalid logic in the JAX-WS runtime.
The JAX-WS runtime is failing to associate the JAX-WS handlers
with the EJB components. The JAX-WS runtime is also storing
handler resource injection targets incorrectly. The JAX-WS
runtime is corrected to avoid the problems.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.15. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
