Error description

• when opening Rhapsody Architect with "rhapsody.exe -architect
  -lang=C" then the title bar shows C++ until you create a new C
  model or you open an existing C model.
  This is confusing.

Problem conclusion

• Rhapsody Architect title bar shows the language, which is set in
  "-lang=" parameter. If this parameter doesn't exist or set to
  illegal language (not C/C++/Java) then  "DefaultLanguage=" of
  rhapsody.ini  [General] section is analysed.
