Error description

• The Element tab was removed from Tables/Matrices/CSVImporter
  features window and replaced with Criteria tab.
  
  The element tab is still referenced in the documentation for
  these features however. This should be updated to reference the
  new Criteria tab.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed text and screen capture in topic on importing from csv.
  For table layouts, the help topic in the 821 KC already refers
  to the "Criteria" tab.
  For matrix layouts, even in 8.3, the tab is still called "cell
  element types".
