APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When creating the index on the search server, viewing the logs
    is not helpful in determining the status as the times are being
    logged as 12:00AM for all entries.
    
    Prerequisites:
    
    OpenPages installed with search server
    
    1.	Log into the OpenPages UI as OpenPagesAdministrator
    2.	Navigate to Administration -> Search Server
    3.	Enable SAM mode
    4.	If not already done, click on Create to create the search
    index
    5.	Disable SAM mode once complete
    
    Steps to Reproduce:
    
    1.	Log into the OpenPages UI as OpenPagesAdministrator
    2.	Navigate to Administration -> Search Server
    3.	Click on the Create Global Search Index link (Note the
    create date/time)
    4.	Click on the View Log button at the top right
    5.	Note that all entries are showing with a time of 12:00 AM
    EST, regardless of when it was started, finished, or how long it
    took
    
    
    Expected Results:
    
    The log entry should display the correct times of the operations
    so that administrators can validate the results
    
    Actual Results:
    
    The log entry is showing incorrect times of the operation so
    administrator has no idea when the operations were started or
    finished.
