Error description

• When you are defining for a SysML HarmonySE project a package
  different than the original FunctionalAnalysisPkg the SE Toolkit
  helper "CreateSystemModel from UseCase" does not respect the
  tagged value referring to it but instead tries to locate the
  original package.
  This will cause a failure message to Pop up and the helper
  aborts (or uses the original Location, if still existent).
