Error description

• After integrating Rhapsody with windriver workbench V3.2 if you
  try to build you project you might receive following error:
  
  Unrecognized file type. Neither COFF nor ELF dld: error: Can't
  open file '<OMROOT>Share/LangCpp/lib/vxoxfSIMNTdiab.a':
  No such file or directory

Problem conclusion

• Updated (to support 64 bit VxWorks) Rhapsody C++ framework uses
  two types, which were defined in VxWorks 6.9 only. As a result
  it didn't compile with VxWorks 6.8 or older versions.
  These types were added manually to omosconfig.h file under
  conditional compilation macro expressions.
