Error description
The change from the previous method of installing help files from a compressed folder allowed for this to be done via silent install, which made installing in a large environment quite simple. Since the help is now presented in a local knowledge center server, there is no silent install option, and this is a regression.

Problem conclusion
Fixed in Rhapsody 8.2 - This option was restored in release 8.2. See: 252479: Restore ability to include local help content in silent installation The procedure has been modified slightly. See the help topic in the KC for 8.2 for details.
