• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The change from the previous method of installing help files
  from a compressed folder allowed for this to be done via silent
  install, which made installing in a large environment quite
  simple. Since the help is now presented in a local knowledge
  center server, there is no silent install option, and this is a
  regression.

Problem conclusion
