APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When installing the UrbanCode Deploy with Patterns engine
  component, the installation will fail with the error that the
  RPM yum-plugin-priorities cannot be found.
  

Local fix

• The error actually comes from the yumpriorities.rb recipe in the
  chef.tar.gz archive in
  ibm-openstack-yum-server/recipes/yumpriorities.rb
  
  In that recipe the RPM is expected to be found on a specific URL
  which changed.
  Modify the URL and RPM name to reflect the new correct ones,
  e.g.
  uri =
  'http://mirrors.usinternet.com/centos/6.6/os/x86_64/Packages/' \
    'yum-plugin-priorities-1.1.30-30.el6.noarch.rpm'
