This is a maintenance release. It contains fixes for client-reported and internally found defects.

This release also contains a fix for a security vulnerability. Review Security Bulletin: Vulnerability in Apache Tomcat affects IBM UrbanCode Deploy (CVE-2014-0227) for more details.
