Error description
Possible to set double byte characters to name field in requirement of SysML, though it is banned in other elements. Replication steps: (1) Create a SysML project (2) Label mode on (3) Create a requirement on e.g. BDD (4) Change label name of the requirement on the BBD using double byte characters (5) Label mode off Name field can be set double characters.

Problem conclusion
