• When attempting to access the IBM Transformation Extender
  swagger page for the REST API, Swagger page, http://<hostname>:
  8080/tx-rest/api-docs?url=/tx-rest/openapi.json does not
  display.

  are observed showing https references event though a http URL
  was entered:
