  Export of Map with Echo is incorrect.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed an issue with map export/import. Previously, the
  transaction property values were incorrectly set when the
  transaction property changed based on the Source/Target rule
  selection. Now, the Map Input/output Card, which uses an all
  adapter, is generating valid XML results for the Map
  export/import.

  10.1.0.2, 10.1.1.1, 10.1.2.1, 11.0.0.0, 11.0.1.1, 11.0.2.0
