Error description

• When the Map uses REST adapter, the Map export XML generated is
  invalid.
  
  In the XML the following section is floating on its own in the
  middle of the XML.

  There is no starting tag "<" or any values before the
  "OnFailure" parameter.

  When the Map Input Card uses REST adapter, the Map export XML
  generated is invalid.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed a problem with map export where transaction property
  changes based on Source/Target rule selection. it now always
  exports '.Transaction OnSuccess' and there is no crashed on
  import maps.
  
  Applies to:
  10.1.0.2, 10.1.1.1, 10.1.2.1, 11.0.0.0, 11.0.1.1
  
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
