Error description

• With 837 files running hipaa_data_compliance map, for 277CA, the
  Taxpayer number is not getting mapped in 2100C NM109. This
  should be done if the primary billing provider id (NPI) is
  missing. It should get mapped from 2010AA REF - BILLING PROVIDER
  TAX IDENTIFICATION Segment (REF EI or SY) from the input file.
