Error description

• 837P and 837D PACDR, performs a pattern Match T5 check on
  CLM11-05 field (Country Code) to allow only a two byte alpha
  value in it. But in Implementation Guide for PACDR, there is no
  such restriction on this field.

Problem summary

  value in it.
  

Problem conclusion

• The  implementation guides to not have the situational rule that
  limits this field to the 2 char ISO code, so updated pattern to
  [0-9A-Z]{1,3} for the T5 rules 57956 and 58332.
