Error description

• This issue can occur if using the Resource Registry feature with
  the ssftpdeploy.exe utility with IBM Sterling Transformation
  Extender (ITX).
  
  The issue can easily be replicated resulting in a crash if the
  -MRC option is used (with relative or absolute path to .mrc
  file) with the ssftdeploy.exe command line utility.

  Problem Description:
  The Design Studio's ssftpdeploy.exe utility crashes when
  transferring systems to remote machines using the -MRC command
  option.

Problem conclusion

• The insufficient size of an interface variable that stores
  Python to C++ 64-bit handle was causing a stack overflow. The
  issue has been fixed by changing the interface signature to meet
  the 64-bit requirements. This issue was only visible for the
  -MRC command option and when the non-zero handle value exceeded
  the 32-bit size.
