PH61896: THE COMPOUND SYSTEM TEXT FILE IS NOT DISPLAYING RESOURCE REGISTRY VALUES PROPERLY

Error description

• When Transformation Extender Resource Registry values are
  utilized in an input card, the registry values are not being
  populated in the compound system text file.  For example if the
  Resource Registry has a definition of QMANAGER that is set to
  TESTQMR and QNAME to be TESTQN, the resulting compound system
  text file shows:
  
  IBM MQ (server): -QMN %QMANAGER% -QN %QNAME%  -HDR -GRP
  "Group3.....
  
  When the expected values are:
  IBM MQ (server): -QMN TESTQMR -QN TESTQN  -HDR -GRP "Group3.....
