PH61857: CAS02 AND CLM05-03 HAVE THE SAME VALUES CAUSING AN ISSUE

Error description

• If CAS02 and CLM05-03 have the same values then CLM05-03 is
  taking the CAS02 database table and throwing error saying the
  value is not present in database.

Problem summary

• With Type 5 code value checking enabled, when CAS02 and CLM05-03
  
  have the same valid value for both code sets, compliance failing
  
  for CLM05-03.
  

Problem conclusion

• compliance_check.mtt component rule corrected for correct
  sorting of type 5 content to check against.
  
  Applies to:
  Healthcare Pack HIPAA 10.1.0, 10.2.0, 10.2.1, 10.2.2.
