Problem summary

• Supply Chain 10.2.1 is not displaying AK3/AK4 error information
  in the 997 when run with ccx12.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified difference versions of X12 standards to support
  appropriate error codes so can be reported in 997.

  Supply Chain Pack for X12 version 10.2.1
