• Invalid code value for PAT segment element 01 is not reported as
  
  error in the 837D claims (both 5010X224 and 5010X300)
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected segment trees to report errors properly and fail
  compliance for invalid code values per TR3 in 837D PAT01.
