Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  IBM Transformation Extender users using restart on a record
  which has record terminators.
  
  Problem Description:
  RESTART/REJECT was passing invalid data as valid. Would occur if
  restart started one or more bytes too early and count record
  terminators as data for the next record.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  All
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed restart issue where invalid data was being passed as
  valid.  Problem was that restart would start 1 byte to early and
  count a terminator character of the prior good record as the
  start character for the next record.
  
  Applies to:
  10.1.2.1, 11.0.0.0
  
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
