APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In the Task Focused UI, after changing the locale from U.S.
    English to U.K. English, the U.S. English locale will be missing
    when user attempts to switch back to that locale.   This does
    not occur in the Standard UI.
    
    
    Workaround:
    Switch to another locale such as French or Spanish.  Then switch
    to US. English after identifying its correct translation.
    
    
    Prerequisites:
    1.	OP 8.1.01 with standard test data
    
    
    Steps to Reproduce:
    
    1.	Log into the OpenPages Application as OpenPagesAdministrator
    2.	On top menu in TFUI, click on the person icon on right side
    of page to open user menu
    3.	Select Change locale and select U.K. English in the drop down
    menu
    4.	Repeat step 2 and attempt to change the locale back to U.S.
    English and confirm that U.S. English does not appear in the
    dropdown
    
    
    
    
    Expected Results:
    
    Expected U.S. English to appear in locale?s drop down menu when
    the current locale is U.K. English
    
    Actual Results:
    
    U.S. English does not appear in locale?s dropdown menu when
    current locale is U.K. English
    U.S. English (translated)  does appear when current locale is
    set to other locales.
