APAR status

Error description

  • The error:
    
    HTTP ERROR 403
    
    Problem accessing
    /help/topic/org.eclipse.help.webapp/NetworkHelpStatus.html.
    Reason:
        /help/topic/org.eclipse.help.webapp/NetworkHelpStatus.html
    
    appears in the Help window when launching the remote
    (non-intranet) help. This is because current versions of
    Rhapsody (9.0 and earlier) connect to the knowledge center via
    http and https is now required.
    

Local fix

  • Under Help > Preferences > Help > Remote Assistance
    Configuration, change the URL to https
