APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When a user is set as disabled and the environment is set up for
    SSO logins, any attempt by the user to login will result in a
    blank page instead of an error, and the Login Activity report
    will show their login as ?Succeeded?
    Note: Blank page on login issue is already noted under APAR

    To reproduce:
    Prerequisites:
    OpenPages 8.1.0.1 configured for SSO with a mixed-mode URL
    
    Create the user:
    1.	Login to OpenPages as OpenPagesAdministrator
    2.	Go to the standard UI
    3.	Select Administration->Users
    4.	Click Create User
    5.	Set up the user as though for a native authentication,
    specific permissions and profile should be irrelevant
    6.	Save the user record
    7.	Click on the Disable link on the User Information card
    
    
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1.	Attempt to login as the new user through the non-SSO URL
    alias
    2.	Open a separate browser window and login as
    OpenPagesAdministrator
    3.	Run the Audit Reports->Security->Login Activity Log report
    4.	Select all options for today?s date:
    
    5.	Click Finish to run the report
    6.	Check that the output shows the result as Succeeded for the
    login attempt:
