Abstract
LIC-COMM-TLS ETHERNET ADAPTER STOPS RESPONDING
Error Description
When an application sends data and goes flow controlled using
gsk_secure_soc_startSend(), processing can incorrectly go to
sleep in a router task blocking traffic over that line.
Problem Summary

Problem Conclusion
This send path is updated to no longer go to sleep preventing
the blockage of traffic.
