Error Description
Power9 IPL after FS9100 2145 LUN expansion fails with B6005121
and failing task SMASPAGENTTASK05:
1 SRCB6005121
3 SRC0002000A
4 SRC002F1401
Earlier increase of LUN size on all 186 drives in ASP from 141
Gb to 283 Gb.
DSMINFO showed a size mismatch on the reject.
GETDILSSTATUS showed drives still not completely increased.

Problem Conclusion
There was a path on an abnormal IPL that didn't properly handle
the size increase. That path has changed to handle it
correctly.
