Abstract

LIC-MEDIA-OPT-PERFM PERFM PROBLEM WITH VIRTUAL IMAGE CATALOG
AFTER IPL. SLOW EXPORT

Error Description

Perfm problems with Virtual Image cataloges after IPL. Exports  
are taking a long time.                                        

Problem Summary

After a partition IPL, when a volume is exported from a virtual
optical device loaded with an Image catalogs, the operation does
not complete for several seconds.                              

Problem Conclusion

Load this fix to speed up the export volume processing when no  
other operations are active on the device.
