Error description

• Connectors report incorrect, sometimes negative number of read
  or written rows when the number of processed rows exceeds
  2147483647.
  
  For example, after reading 3790392806 rows of data from the
  database the Netezza connector reports -504574490 rows read.

  The problem may apply to other types of log messages reporting
  numbers above the mentioned limit.

Problem conclusion

• The problem root cause is the use of ICU Formattable for int32_t
   type that is incapable of manipulating integer numbers bigger
  than 2147483647. The Formattable type for long integers has been
   changed to int64_t to accommodate all possible values.
