• When importing records using parallel engine Sequential File
  (import) stage, records are not getting rejected when delimiter
  is missing in a truncated record
  
  Example:
  Import schema is:
  
  {final_delim=end, record_delim='\n', delim='?', null_field="",
  quote=none}
  (
    col1:nullable string[1];
    col2:nullable string[1];
  )
  
  Import records are:
  
  a?b
  c
  
  The second record is not getting rejected, it is getting
  imported as
  c and NULL .
  
  this should be rejected.
