Error description

  • When you submit a database creation command from IBM Data
Server Client V9.5, you may have a warning message SQL1065W a
database was created but an error was found in a or some bind
files of the following location in the list "db2ubind.lst" : 31.

  And you will find no "db2ats_sps.bnd" file in the installed
directory such as "Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\bnd".

Local fix

  • pick up db2ats_sps.bnd in DB2 WorkGroup Server Edition.

Problem summary
