Error description
Similar issue as APAR # JR23551. However, database_memory is not the only parameter that would fail with SQL2038 - SQL5139 <HADR_DB_ROLE> when restoring a 64 bit backup image into a db2 32 bit environment Cause: Cause... The db cfg param PCKCACHESZ exists as U64BIT. This parameter has different max values on 64 bit machines and a lesser max value on 32 bit machines. This APAR fix will set the PCKCACHESZ value to the default value, if the restore finds that it's beyond the 32bit range. This change will be logged in the db2diag.log as well.
Local fix
Set the PCKCACHESZ to a lower value of about 128000 for 32bit machines. Set the value to this in the 64 bit machines and then take a backup and restore it on the 32 bit machine.
