Error description

• DB2 snapshot code calls internal OSS API functions which
  can't properly handle raw device names on Windows OS.
  If you choose a raw device on Windows for your tablespace
  containers (raw device is a NT volume in a non NTFS partition
  of your disk) you may see messages in db2diag.log if you
  perform certain snapshot functions which calls these API
  functions.
  
  Suppose the container name is "\\.\R:", then for example the
  following actions causing the problem:
  
  1- when obtaining tablespace snapshot information ("db2 get
     snapshot for tablespaces on <dbname>") the following may
     be seen:
