APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Customer that have a long delay in the pipeline caused by store
and forward appliances or issues in event processing can have
offenses that are created with one start time and then revert
back to a earlier time if the offenses are long running.

Local fix

  • Make sure that delays in the pipeline are avoided as this will
only occur when start time and storage time are significantly
    different.
