IV96489: XMS.NET doesn't allow shared subscriptions even when CLONESUPP property is enabled

Error description

• When CLONESUPP property is set to ENABLED, XMS.NET doesn't allow
  creating shared subscriptions and throws exception
  "MQRC_SUBSCRIPTION_IN_USE" while creating a second subscription
  with the same name

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When CLONESUPP property is set to ENABLED,XMS.NET Application is
  not allowing to create shared subscriptions, which shouldn't be
  the case. If the CLONESUPP property is set to ENABLED XMS should
  allow applications to create multiple subscriptions of the same
  name.
  

Problem conclusion

• XMS.NET is not honoring CLONESUPP Property.
