Error description

  • During a QRadar xx48 ISO appliance build:
    Attempting to apply a valid and verified xx48 appliance
    Activation Key to a QRadar xx48 appliance with 128GB RAM (or
    any value less than 256GB) during the ISO build process fails
    with an "invalid activation key" error.
    

Local fix

  • Contact Support for a possible workaround that might address
    this issue in some instances.
