Error description

  • In customer environments where user IP addresses are constantly
changing, it has been observed that the Asset Reconciliation
Blacklist reference sets can become bloated as there is no
expiry date on the data in those lists.
When this reference set bloat occurs, asset updates can
sometimes be prevented from being processed by QRadar.

Local fix

  • Edit the Asset Reconciliation Blacklists in the QRadar
Reference Set Management page (Admin tab) to include an expiry
    time.
