Error description

• The deprecated IBM MQ Bridge to blockchain component has been
  withdrawn from IBM MQ .

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The IBM MQ Bridge to blockchain was deprecated across all
  releases from November 22 2022.
  
  This APAR removes the MQSeriesBCBridge RPM install package and
  ibmmq-bcbridge Debian install package for Linux x86-64 for all
  future IBM MQ maintenance and installation media.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQSeriesBCBridge RPM install package and ibmmq-bcbridge
  Debian install package for Linux x86-64  have been removed.
  
  Users who have installed this package at an earlier maintenance
  level of MQ should uninstall the package.
  
  When maintenance is installed, the IBM MQ Runtime package
  (MQSeriesRuntime or ibmmq-runtime) reports the following warning
  if the IBM MQ Bridge to blockchain component is installed for
  the installation being updated:
  
     WARNING: The IBM MQ Bridge to blockchain (MQSeriesBCBridge)
  component has been withdrawn
           starting with IBM MQ version [VRMF], and updates to
  this package are no longer supplied.
           This system has the MQSeriesBCBridge component
  installed for the specified installation,
           please remove it manually once this maintenance update
  has completed.
  
  The updating of other components proceeds as normal after this
  warning is reported.
