IT44601: Cannot delete a queue manager using the IBM MQ Web Console

Error description

• When attempting to delete a queue manager using the Web Console,
  the expected confirmation popup does not appear to complete
  deletion of the queue manager, and the queue manager is not
  deleted.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  To delete a queue manager using the IBM MQ Web Console, the
  process is:
  
  - stop the queue manager
  - go to "configuration" for the queue manager
  - on the configuration page, select the "delete queue manager"
  button
  
  This should bring up a conformation popup, with an option to
  confirm deletion of the queue manager - once this is selected,
  the queue manager is deleted.
  
  The popup did not appear when selecting the "Delete Queue
  Manager" option, so there was no way to delete a queue manager
  using the console.
  

Problem conclusion

• The IBM MQ Web Console can now be used to delete a queue manager
  as expected.
