Error description

• You are seeing differences between MQ 9.1 and MQ 9.2 when
  running:
     dis chs(*) saved all
  
  MQ 9.2 is always returning INDOUBT(YES), even when the channel
  is NOT indoubt.
  
  Example:
     dis chs(to.*) saved all
  AMQ8417I: Display Channel Status details.
     CHANNEL(TO.QM1)                   CHLTYPE(CLUSSDR)
     INDOUBT(YES)                       STATUS(STOPPED)
  
  MQ 9.1 does not exhibit this incorrect behavior.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  On retrieval of the Saved channel status from disk, a
  calculation involving two variables has to be performed to
  determine the real INDOUBT value.  This calculation was not
  being performed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQ queue manager saved channel status code has been fixed.
   On retrieval of the Saved channel status from disk, the
  necessary calculation is now being performed.
