Error description

• The endmqm command executed with options -w, -s and -r fails
  with exit code 39 after applying the fix for the APAR IT41391.
  

Local fix

• Shutdown the QM with a different set of options, start and then
  restart the applications.

  installation that contains the fix for IT41391.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A defect introduced in MQ 9.2.0.7 by IT41391 caused the failure
  in endmqm.
  

Problem conclusion

• MQ code has been modified to resolve the issue in endmqm.
  
  A version of IT41391 was also shipped in MQ 9.3, however the
  logic at the 9.3 version does not encounter this defect.
