Local fix

• Comment out or remove the following line of the isa.xml file in
  the MQ installation:
  
  <command name="MQBIN::/rdqmadm" args="-xd WorkDir::/drbd_debug"
  output="rdqmadm-xd" env="rdqm"/>
  

Problem summary

• ****************************************************************
  USERS AFFECTED:
  This issue affects users of the RDQM functionality, who execute
  the runmqras diagnostic utility as the root user on a system
  with one or more RDQM queue managers defined.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  An error in the underlying DRBD libraries used by the RDQM
  feature meant that a diagnostic call made during the runmqras
  execution could result in a kernel crash.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR temporarily disables the affected diagnostic call made
  by the runmqras utility.
  
  It will be restored when a fix for the underlying issue within
  the DRBD component is available.
