IT42769: MQIPT does not start as a Windows service at version 9.2

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When trying to start as a windows service MQIPT fails with the
  following failure data capture (FDC) record:

  java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError was thrown causing MQIPT
  to shut down: java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError.
  

Local fix

• The issue can be circumvented  by  manually adding:
  
  "<mqipt_install_path>\java\jre\bin"
  
  to the PATH system environment variable

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A logic error meant that MQIPT failed to load the required
  msvcr120.dll  when MQIPT was started as a service.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Code has been modified to load the DLL correctly.
