USERS AFFECTED:
The component of MQ which utilises the embedded Apache Commons
Net JAR file is:

- IBM MQ Managed File Transfer Edition.


Platforms affected:
MultiPlatform

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The IBM MQ releases are supplied with the Apache Commons
Net JAR file.

The released versions of these utilities within the previous IBM
MQ Fix Packs were:

  Apache Commons Net 3.8.0

This is not the most recent version of the library, as
available from Apache Commons.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The version of Apache Commons Net shipped with IBM MQ has been
updated to version 3.9.0.
