USERS AFFECTED:
All IBM MQ users, apart from those using the English message
catalog, will see an incorrect translation for message AMQ9575.


Platforms affected:
MultiPlatform

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
<p>The message file amq9575.msg has not been changed since 2014,
but the translation is incorrect in all languages apart from
English.  The file should have been translated but it was not.
An error in the translation process meant that The translated
variant of the AMQ9575 message incorrectly contained translated
content from an old version of the product. The content of the
message was not applicable to the scenarios in which AMQ9575 is
currently generated.

This translation was also incorrect in the diagnostic messages
section of the IBM MQ Product Documentation.</p>

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The IBM MQ product has been modified so that message AMQ9575
contains the correct translation for all supported languages.

The diagnostic messages section of the IBM MQ Product
Documentation is also updated to use the correct translation.
