IT41964: IBM MQ generates corrupted file paths for .TRS files when a longMQ data path has been set

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The user has set an MQ data path much longer than the usual
  /var/mqm.
  
  Therefore, the trace file pathnames are long.
  
  An overflow error in the MQ processing of these pathnames may
  cause the new path to become corrupted.
  

Local fix

• Use the default MQ data path, or a shorter MQ data path.

  Calculating the trace file pathname uses fixed-length arrays

Problem conclusion

• The MQ code has been corrected, so it will now calculate the
  trace file pathnames safely.
