Error description

• An IBM MQ user observed a significant number of failure data
  capture (FDC) records reporting XECL_W_PERFORMANCE_BOTTLENECK
  were generated
  

Local fix

• Set an exception rule in affected monitoring tools to ignore
  FDCs with probe identifier XC805110.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The XECL_W_PERFORMANCE_BOTTLENECK FDC with probe identifier
  XC805110 can help to identify transient issues with CPU
  scheduling.
  
  If an administrator is confident that the system is performing
  as expected then it may not be desirable for the FDC to be
  generated - for example, the FDC may spuriously trigger events
  in environments where the IBM MQ errors directory is closely
  monitored.
  

Problem conclusion

• An internal tuning variable has been variable has been
  implemented which can be provided by IBM support to allow
  administrators to temporarily suppress the FDC with probe
  identifier XC805110 in parallel with addressing the root cause
  of the reported performance constraint.
