Error description

Local fix
Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: Users using MQ applications which often connection to and disconnect from the queue manager. Platforms affected: MultiPlatform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A defect in managing connection data during MQDISC from applications could result in multiple attempts to clean up and internal structure related to a connection, if the application was in the process of disconnecting when the QM was ending. The second attempt to clean up the data structure generated the FDC record, as the structure was not found, but there was no functional consequence of this error.
Problem conclusion
