IT38584: IF MONHEAP IS EXHAUSTED SQL STATEMENTS MAY RECEIVE SQL0973N FOR MON_HEAP_SZ

Db2 Version 11.1 Mod 4 Fix Pack 7 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the instance runs out of mon heap, it is possible for SQL
  statements to fail with SQL0973N.  When this occurs an
  application may issue SQL which fails with SQL0973N.   For
  example, a java program may receive the following:
